Mr Chen, the owner of TINYI tannery, started leather business after he graduated from leather technological school, his first job was a RND technician in an Italian tannery, As an educated technician, he shows big enthusiasm on leather innovations more than only understand each process. When he founded in his own tannery TINYI in year 2005, with highly leather creative abilities ,he leaded the team to develop on novelty leathers for Footwear and handbag, and cooperated with many international brands sucessfully, such as
CLARKS, NINEWEST,GUESS,TORYBURCH,COACH,ZARA, etc...

Leather is an natural material, it is the by-product of meat industry and it is biodegradable. However, at the same time when expanding the leather business, Mr Chen found that up to 50% of leather scraps in tannery is unused, and often destined to landfill or used for some reinforce materials.

The clean technology manufacturing process combines 60% leather fiber .with 30% synthetic fiber and other resins, through a weave of fabric fusion process to get the recyle base material,

then go to the leather finishing process as printing, coloring,embossing.Compare with traditional leather process, the clean recycling leather process reduces 80% water , 80% lower carbon footprint, creates zero material waste, zero VOC . and reduce final leather cost 30-50% .
